Garage Floor Coating Installer

Job Description

Ideal Concrete Coatings specializes in providing an outstanding customer experience for our unique concrete floor coating system. We install garage, basement, and concrete patio coatings that are designed to last a lifetime and installed in one day!

Our product is amazing but our team is even better and we’re looking for our next teammate. Attitude is everything, we will provide all the training and equipment to create beautiful, finished floors. We’ll certify you with our manufacturer so you can learn the proper way to install the floor. With our product we can work all year round.

You’re the perfect person for the job if you are:

Detail oriented
Consistently on time and punctual to work for our 7:30 am start time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and are physically fit to perform the job
Have a clean record and valid driver’s license
Take pride in your work
You are looking for stable and long term employment
You have experience in a trade or hands on labor
Have a great attitude and work well on a team

We provide a career path which includes:

Start installing and move up within the company to managing and running your own crew, this position has no limits for the right person

Sales Representative

Ideal Floor Coatings is the #1 Concrete Coating Installer in Ohio and we are looking to add to our marketing team in Columbus, OH. Join the largest and most innovative concrete coating company in Ohio!

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is a team player, enjoys talking to people, and who wants to add to our culture This role is mainly in-home sales.

We are looking for at least one year of outside sales experience
We provide 3-5 preset appointments per day
NO COLD CALLING – but self generated sales are encouraged
Weekly commission on sales
Our company has embraced the digital age and preference will be given to those individuals who show aptitude with digital contracts, Ipads, and cloud based software!
