I wish I could tell you our experience with Ideal Garage Floor Coating was good… but it was not good!! IT WAS OUTSTANDING!!
Jim (the salesman) was on time to meet and discuss our needs. He explained the product and how it worked. He explained everything that would happen on installation day.
On installation day, the crew arrived before the scheduled time which was fine with me.
They explained the whole process from start to finish. Jeremy told me I could sit and watch plus take pictures if I wanted. Riley, Santiago and Jeremy were incredible. They were very respectful of our property. They were fast yet very efficient. The final product turned out fabulous. We couldn’t be happier.

The Ideal floor coatings team was excellent to work with from start to finish. Jim and Pam were great to work with and the communication from scheduling to installation was well-coordinated. Brian and Justin did a great job installing the flooring – their attention to detail really show in the quality of the finished product. I would highly recommend Ideal for any project!
