Mechanically profile the concrete surface using a heavy duty concrete diamond grinder to ensure the strongest adhesion possible.
We apply 100% solids polyurea mender that is 10X stronger than concrete to patch up any cracks or pitting in the concrete flooring.
A self-priming 100% solids polyurea basecoat 6x stronger than epoxy is applied to securely bond to the floor to ensure the coating won’t chip or peel.
A decorative flake is generously hand broadcast providing even color & texture to the floor.
Excess flake are scraped and vacuumed off the floor to prepare it for the final coat.
The final step is to apply our UV stable polyaspartic clear topcoat while broadcasting our ultra grip into it

I wish I could tell you our experience with Ideal Garage Floor Coating was good… but it was not good!! IT WAS OUTSTANDING!!
Jim (the salesman) was on time to meet and discuss our needs. He explained the product and how it worked. He explained everything that would happen on installation day.
On installation day, the crew arrived before the scheduled time which was fine with me.
They explained the whole process from start to finish. Jeremy told me I could sit and watch plus take pictures if I wanted. Riley, Santiago and Jeremy were incredible. They were very respectful of our property. They were fast yet very efficient. The final product turned out fabulous. We couldn’t be happier.
